Meet Madame Fleur, my latest fabric collection!

Hello friends! I’m so excited to introduce to you my 5th collection for Lecien Fabrics called Madame Fleur.

A recent holiday to Victoria B.C. admiring the Victorian architecture and lush gardens while sipping on high tea inspired this collection, Madame Fleur. Look closely at the toile print and spot a subtle ode to my faithful furrball and quilting buddy, Paige. She was my little flower, my Madame Fleur.

I also snuck Paige in the selvage πŸ™‚

You may notice that these colors are much richer than my last collection, as I had Autumn in my heart when I designed this. This just might be the most elegant collection i’ve created so far. What do you think? πŸ™‚

I will be showing Madame Fleur at Fall Quilt Market in Houston two weeks from now. Be sure to let your favorite quilt shop know so that they can order some! It will ship to stores for all you lovely people in Spring 2020.

Like my past collections, Madame Fleur has metallic gold shimmer in some of the prints. Do you see it? πŸ™‚

I adore these cathedral window pin cushions made by my friend Lisa (@thecurvyquilter on instagram). She made these Madame Fleur pin cushions to put in my booth at Fall market, lucky me!

As with all of my collections I gift free quilt patterns for all of you! πŸ™‚ These following two quilt patterns will be available on my blog for free in Spring 2020 when Madame Fleur comes out. Thanks for your patience!

This quilt (below) uses all 36 prints from the whole collection!

Anyhoodles, as always thank you for catching up on my quilty-endeavors πŸ™‚ I’ve been busy working away on collection number 6 already, plus a 3rd book! Lots of fun things coming your way next year!

I hope you all have a wonderful Autumn ahead!

hugs,

Jera Brandvig

p.s. did you see the Halloween quilt I posted on my instagram? πŸ™‚ I’ll do a post on it soon!

This is so pretty. I especially like the single block that you showed, it would be pretty enlarged as a cushion. x

Lovely fabric. I don’t quilt anymore but this is very tempting. Love that you honored Paige on the fabric.

What a great collection… just stopping by to see what you are up too and WOW… the colors are lovely.
Oh, and your Halloween quilt is really cute… I’ve been working on one that is all Halloween that is a wonky log cabin. I only seem to work on it around a month or so before and during the season… I suppose I will get it put together some time… lol I have a ton of blocks, I just need to figure out a lay out and get it done!

I love your other 2 quilt books. I am so excited to get your third book. I am a new quilter, if it hadn’t been for your books I would have never tried quilting. I am half way thru a twin size quilt I am making in a space theme for my Grandson. Your directions and pictures are a breeze to follow. I have 12 more quilts to make after this one. One for each of my Grandchildren. Thank you! I may also have to make the Halloween quilt for myself! I also love Halloween.

Hi. I am looking to obtain the Cozy Cabins quilt pattern of yours. I see at one time it was free on your blog but link is no longer active. Do you sell that pattern? Please advise. Love your site. Thanks

As a textile engineer, everyone must be aware of the fabric collection and its background.

Thanks for this article that cleared my doubts about fabrics.
