Modern Quilt As You Go Technique + new year Giveaways!

Berries & Cream Pillow by Jera Brandvig, photo courtesy of McCall’s Quilting
First of all…Happy New Year! I have a fun blog post for you today. I’d like to ring in the new year with some fun giveaways for you all including some copies of this magazine which features my Quilt As-You-Go (QAYG) pillow tutorial, and a chance for you to win my book, Quilt As-You-Go Made Modern! Fun stuff!
I was so thrilled to receive my copy of the February/March issue of McCall’s Quick Quilts magazine last week! I worked on this submission a while back last year, so it was some much needed happy mail, especially after a long stretch of no quilting over the holidays. My family and I got hit with that nasty bug going around, so crafting just wasn’t in the picture.

This magazine has a beautiful step-by-step tutorial with detailed photos on how to use the QAYG technique and make this fun and fast 14″x14″ Berries & Cream pillow.

You can find this magazine at your local quilt shop/bookstore. Or grab your copy of the February/March issue of McCall’s Quick Quilts online to try this technique and the pillow pattern. Not a subscriber? You can order an instant digital or print copy online here!

Contest ends at midnight January 11, 2015, and is open to all US and Canadian residents (excluding Quebec).
